בריאן מחזיק בעברו שנים של אפייה, קונדיטוריה, בישול והכנת בירה.

מעבר לעולם המזון, בריאן אמן אמיתי בעבודות עץ ומתכת, ומעביר את זמנו בהכנת שולחנות עץ, מרפסות שמש ועבודות עץ נוספות.

The Sound of Nature's cabins and surrounding area are run by Brian Rubin, who has a long history in the restaurant and food world and accommodation and hospitality business.
For years, Brian has gained experience in baking, cooking, and beer-making.
Brian is also a true artist, manipulating and creating works out of wood and metal such as wooden tables, deks/balconies, shelves, etc.
